My story

Having spent more than 25 years in the public sector, managing and leading teams who face challenging and stressful situations every day, I wasn’t in great shape mentally or physically and I just felt ‘off’. I was constantly sick and tired, incredibly stressed, suffering with anxiety and flat-lining emotionally.
 
A last minute decision to attend a training day sparked my interest and was the start of my journey towards becoming a coach.

My world started to change.

I was given the opportunity to train to become a coach and during my studies I researched many different coaching styles, including Business, Life and Health & Well being coaching.

I was lucky enough to work and study alongside some amazing coaches who sparked my interest in learning more about how the mind works and health & well-being.

Whilst gaining my coaching qualification I also completed qualifications in Women’s Health, Nutrition, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

I poured everything I learnt into self-coaching and I eventually discovered a method that worked for me.

It can work for you too.

Not only did I rediscover my joy, but I also regained both my mental and physical health.

I found my purpose and my passion for coaching.
