Supportive Daily Habits eBook

We all know that self-care is important.  But how often do you really engage in activities that are solely about taking care of YOU?  If you are like most, not as often you need.

When we don’t take intentional care of our body, mind and spirit, it can become very challenging to handle what life throws at us.  Our cup empties.  Our fuse gets short. We have little energy and motivation.  Issues feel bigger than they really are.  We are overwhelmed.

I get it, I’ve been there!

A few years ago, I was sick and tired and living with anxiety and stress.  I wasn’t taking care of myself, mentally, physically or emotionally.

In this eBook, I share with you some simple strategies, tips and tools to integrate self-care into your daily life.  Don’t try to do them all right away.  I encourage you to choose one or two items from each section and give them a try.  Then try others.  See what works for you and your routine….and what feels good.

I really hope you enjoy this eBook.  If you would like to find out how I can help you to more easily incorporate these into your daily life, drop me a line and lets chat.

Tackling Negative Self-Talk

We speak to ourselves in ways we never would to our best friend, and we think that’s OK. After a while it becomes a habit, and we let our inner critics wear away our self-worth every time we use negative self-talk.

Time to tell our inner bullies to shut up!

This FREE worksheet will help you to take on your inner bully and take the first steps towards silencing them for good.

By following the instructions, you can start to start to uncloud your mind of these negative thoughts and begin a journey towards more positive mindset.

There are some thoughts, which we’ve had for so long, that they take a little more work to finally tackle them and I can help you with that.

All About My Day – Journal

Have you heard about the benefits of writing a journal but don’t really know where to start?

My ‘All About My Day’ journal can help you with that.

Not only does it have question prompts to get you started but I’ve written these in a way which will help you to practice positive reflection.  Regularly practising positive reflection, like thinking about reasons to be grateful, has been shown to help us become more optimistic which leads to a reduced stress and anxiety.

My journal template also has a ‘What am I thinking?’ page where you can write about whatever is on your mind.  This is sometimes called a ‘brain dump’ or a ‘thought download’ and it helps you to bring your thoughts out into the light so you can take a really good look at them.

This can be a powerful tool for helping to manage your thoughts and its one I use regularly with my clients.  If you want to learn how to get the best out of this tool, drop me a line and lets chat.
